Similar experience with my GB-Flash that is configured to use DHCP. It only takes about 30 minutes (if that) to default everything and rebuild the tunnels and filters from scratch for an average setup. Might be worth the effort. I've also got a Customer that was having errors when doing an "update all", but the problem went away when I upgraded them from 3.2.0 to 3.2.5, so if you're using an older version of GNAT Box you may want to update.
