I posted this awhile ago but have had no response so I will try again. I am using GnatBox Light V3.2.5 with my home network.
I think that outbound filters, when based on a time group, do not "stop" already established connections! Is this normal? I have set up outbound filter rules based on times, to limit my youngest Daughters' internet activities to between 8:00am and 9:30pm daily. It seems that if she establishes her MSN chat session before 9:30pm that it will keep going past the cut off. She could not get any new connections but the ones the were setup before the cut-off time of 9:30pm continued to work past the set time. Has anyone else noticed this behavior of time based filters that do not "stop" established connections, or are they not supposed to? -- Randy Bell --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe to the digest version first unsubscribe, then e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive of the last 1000 messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
