I had a look at the original email and you are correct. I think I must have
been concentrating so hard on not saying express that I typed it anyway.

I actually use Outlook 2000 with Exchange Client to connect to Exchange 5.5.
My apologies.

Additionally on further experimenting I'm not sure that even the send
receive always works, as sometimes I seem to need to look in a different
folder in order to see my "outbox" empty.

Strange.
