Roger on both items. I was using https for 443. I have tried every combo imaginable to no avail. I even set the web admin to port 80 and tried to connect but I just get page cannot be displayed. I've tried enabling web admin while disabling RMC and vice versa as well as both enabled together. I've tried specifying IP with and without masks and using specific IP's vs. ANY. Nothing works even though a ping to the Pro interface replies. I'm working with GTA tech support but it seems that they are also stumped. Why does this stuff only happen to me? Instead of the midas touch, I guess I have the oxidation touch!?!? :) BTW, this box is still working but I need to add some filters! And the RMC access was working fine up until last week when I tried to add the filters. TGIF, because my Brain hurts!!

And just to make sure you are using https://x.x.x.x right? I know I've shot myself in the foot a couple of times since they changed from 80 to 443 for web admin. Mike ----- Michael D.
