I think I see what Jonas and I are seeing differently.

What Jonas said will work if it is possible to "supernet"
the two networks into one VPN (i.e., if the two networks
are 192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x, you can specify a VPN
for 192.168.x.x that will cover both).

If the two networks cannot be supernetted together, then
you're back to what I was saying about needing to set up
two VPNs using two EXT addresses on the GNAT Box.
