My advice, stick with GB Flash.  At least that way you don't have to pay
a handsome sum yearly to keep the hardware under warranty.  The only
thing you have to worry about is a CF card which is a very cheap
proposition if it fails.  Everything else can be off the shelf hardware.
I no longer recommend GB1k to anyone, even though I own 1 and support 4
of them.

The way I see it, running a firewall that won't ever have any patches
released for it is a dangerous road to go down.  It seems to me there's
little choice but to upgrade to the gb-1000, even though I didn't really
want to spend the money right now.
