OK, so do we now agree it works with 4.0.0, but not with 4.0-branch? You claim "That is because it is picking up the libgcc_s.dylib which is included with Apple's 4.0.0 and not a newly built one." Why should this happen with 4.0.0 and not 4.0-branch? And is this the right or the wrong behavior? And how can I check whether your explanation is true?
