Before this discussion gets too heated, could Vadim and/or Cesar please add some of the object files we've been discussing as attachments to this bug report, so that we can all take a close look at why gcc's files are so much bigger? Thanks. I think depending what we uncover this might be an enhancement request rather than a bug, but we'll see.
