i386: Emulate MMX mmx_psadbw with SSE

Emulate MMX mmx_psadbw with SSE.  Only SSE register source operand is
allowed.

        PR target/89021
        * config/i386/mmx.md (mmx_psadbw): Add SSE emulation.
