Well, not really, this is the Bugzilla database of the GCC project, which has existed for many, many years. We're not interested in bug reports for old issues that have already been reported elsewhere and that nobody cares about. PR ada/122161 might be worth investigating, once the instructions for reporting GNAT bugs are followed and a reproducer is attached to the PR.
