This version uses gfc_check_conflict before add_hidden_procptr_result and carries the required Assisted-by attribution. The valid pointer form remains accepted and the allocatable form gets the PROCEDURE/ALLOCATABLE conflict diagnostic. check-fortran and the libgomp Fortran suites are clean.
