So trying to address the mixed case with 2-lane vectors I face the need to
convert a 2-lane QImode mask to a V2SImode mask, but vcond_mask_v2siqi is
missing, breaking inter-operability even if we do not enable AVX512 style
masking for all 8 byte vectors. So I'd have to do QI -> V2DI -> V2SI
which is a bit awkward to second-guess from inside the vectorizer.
