GCC build logs

Initially reported on https://bugs.gentoo.org/984074

GCC fails to build with LTO+PGO on gnux32 due to a potential miscompilation in
liblto.so. SIGSEGV on the entry to function claim_file_handler_v2() in
lto-plugin.c.

It does not occur without LTO, without PGO, or without either; only when
they're combined.

It is present in the latest master branch as of a few days ago, tested on a
fresh Gentoo x32 rootfs.

Reproducible with "ACCEPT_KEYWORDS='**' USE='lto pgo vanilla' emerge
=sys-devel/gcc-16.3.9999"

It is also present in 16.2.1_p20260926.
