This moves the BIT_FIELD_REF handling check out from i == 0
processing.
Bootstrap and regtest running on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
* tree-vect-slp.cc (vect_build_slp_tree_12): Check
unsupported BIT_FIELD_REFs for all stmts.
