Ping.  1/2 gives RSHRN and RSHRN2 source-width companions and 2/2 takes the
shift amount of the SRSHR/URSHR and SRSRA/URSRA recognisers in the mode
combine hands them, so C can reach them at all.  Both apply to trunk
2cb78d1a0e5; re-tested there alone under qemu-aarch64 (aarch64.exp,
advsimd-intrinsics.exp, vect.exp): no new failure; only the four shrn-*.c
files 1/2 rewrites move, as 1/2 describes.  OK for trunk?
