I must have missed that we had a .in file; it's pretty rare that we have
a generated .md file. For the future, the way this would normally be
handled would be to include the diffs for the autogenerated file as
well. The ChangeLog entry for those usually looks something like:
* whatever: Regenerated.
Everything was happy once I regenerated that file. Pushed to the
