Appointing David Faust as co-maintainer of the BPF port

I would like to ask you to consider appointing

  David Faust <david.fa...@oss.qualcomm.com> (in CC)

as a CPU port maintainer for BPF.  David is already a reviewer for the
port, and doing an excellent job, having written big parts of it.  To
have him as co-maintainer will be of great help.
