I wonder if the filter that rejets overlong messages can also be made to reject messages with known inappriapriate disclaimers (unless quoted, so that we can discuss them if necessary)? Preferrably that would give a bounce with a copy of the offending disclaimer (as it might not be visible to the sender when composing the message) and an explanation of the policy.
