In case you are interested in a GCC 10.0 datapoint, we test Crypto++ using about 100 different configurations, including C++03 through C++20 and -O0 though -O5. The compiler is working fine on Fedora 32. Also see https://pastebin.com/t9UvqW5r. Jeff
