Thank you for this pointer. The WimpSWIVe, 0.08, module is the problem, in addition to !SmartMenu !FullNames uses that module, removing both applications does allow Firefox to start. This remains an A9home only issue, WimpSWIVe does not cause a problem on the Iyonix.
