I don't think that you can filter by programming language (although that 
would be a pretty useful feature), but you can search for the programming 
language you want to work in in the search bar on the task list. I tried 
searching the term 'Python' and I got pretty much all Python 3 results.

As for what organisation to go with, I don't think there's too much of a 
rush to pick one straight away. Maybe try a few different ones to see which 
one you like the most. 

If you go to here: https://codein.withgoogle.com/organizations/ , you can 
click on 'view info' for the organisations, and it says which programming 
languages are used in each one (I don't know if you already knew this, but 
I threw this in here just in case).
