thanks for your reply. I have ran the command and got a response:
C:\>ogrinfo "OCI:maribor/[EMAIL PROTECTED]:MARIBOR.WA_PIPE_VIEW"
ERROR 1: ORA-04043: object MARIBOR.WA_PIPE_VIEW does not exist in
OCIDescribeAny
INFO: Open of `OCI:maribor/[EMAIL PROTECTED]:MARIBOR.WA_PIPE_VIEW'
using driver `OCI' successful.
1: MARIBOR.WA_PIPE_VIEW
However, the export into an ESRI Shapefile works fine, I didn't see that
although the error message occured (probably because of the missing metadata
in MDSYS), it exported the ESRI Shapefile perfectly.
I think it is not a bug.
