Basically all the debugging functionalities work for those kind of VC project, there is not reason why VLD shouldn't. I believe that VLD should also work on command line. You probably need to change some setting on VLD to tell where to write the report. But you are right, it is not working anymore. I think we need to check the compilation/debugging flags to see what is going on. There was a big change at some point (a year ago?...) and it might be affecting the use of VLD.
