Frank mentioned in another post that is was down for a disk replacement,
but would be back up by Monday sometime. He also mentioned that if you
needed a download in the interim, that you could get it from the osgeo
servers, sorry, don't have the email handy.

I would just add that I have re-established http://www.gdal.org on another
OSGeo geoserver. For the time being the nightly snapshots will not be\
refreshed, and buildbot is inactive. But otherwise things should be normal
now for the GDAL project.
