For lat-long points you have to swap the order of the coordinates, as far as I
know. It changed from always being "x,y" into "natural order".
Besides, it would be useful to have a GML 3.2.1 output as well, which is used
in ISO-19139. Not as popular yet, but really needed in the near future. A
lot of names have changed (again).
