I only have the JPEG2000 part 1 blah blah available. Nevertheless, this is the one I am trying to use. I guess it's yet another thing that doesn't install properly on SUSE10!!
I'll try and get everything re-installed on my machine - I also seem to have problems with PROJ4 stuff also. I installed everything from the FWTools package.
