I'm having this error while trying to build on Windows with VC7.1
Creating library gdal_i.lib and object gdal_i.exp
gdalallregister.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol
_GDALRegister_PC
IDSK referenced in function _gdalallregis...@0
gdal17dev.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'link' : return code '0x460'
