One final question, moved to its own thread. Is there a simple way to generate GDAL's native java dependencies (libgdalconstjni.*, libgdaljni.*, libogrjni.*, libosrjni.*, where * depends on the architecture) without having to build the rest of the gdal source code? I'm going to dig around the source code myself, of course, but it would be quite handy if one could build these native dependencies for other architectures.
Are they available, for the compiled binary of gdal? Or is the only solution really to build the source code with all relevant options, and then make inside swig, then make in java? Thanks so much, all, Sam
