Likely Quickbird_06m10.tif has more or less bands than the previous
files, or band bit depth is different.
That was it, thanks.For some reason although they were all created from the same source and process (arcmap > export > selected area) some images are 8bit RGB and others 16bit grey (though still 3 bands). Weird.
