As far as I know, GDAL will orthorectify images supplied with RPC data
(e.g. Digital Globe's Worldview/Quickbird, GeoEye's Iknonoe, GeoEye1,
etc) but not Spot imagery. You could use OSSIM to orthorectify Spot.
