I can use ogrinfo and ogr2ogr fine on a local MySQL database...but not on a remote site. Can the problem be my provider? Has anyone had successfully connected via remote to upload data using ogr2ogr? If so, where was your site...what type of input did you use for 'host=' (IP?)?
