Skimming the code in gdal/frmts/jp2kak/jp2kakdataset.cpp,
these do not seem to be supported parameters.  It looks like
it should be pretty easy to add them though.  If you look for
the two places that Qguard appears in that file it should be
fairly obvious how to add them.

Do you feel up to patching this yourself, and submitting
the change after testing?  If not, I could prepare the patch
if you are willing to test it.  Opening a ticket would be a good
first step.
