Hello all,

I would like to install the latest GDAL for windows (32-bit). But I can't find a binary install that works.

My goal is to translate an OSM .pbf file into MapInfo TAB. For this I need the latest OGR2OGR

I tried the download from www.gisinternals.com/sdk/ but that gives me the error "Layer lines not found, and CreateLayer not supported by driver."

MapServer for Windows was built in May 2012, so it wouldn't include the OSM read ability

OSGeo4W is an installer that has to connect to the internet, and my firewall blocks the connection, so I can't use that.

FWTools does not have the latest GDAL version, which I need

Kind regards,

Nick Lawrence
