Sure, this is the output of gdalinfo -nomd -norat on the original img file
Origin = (4392504.764280953444541,7439406.971977045759559)
Pixel Size = (30.015846093058180,-30.015846093058180)
Corner Coordinates:

Lower Left ( 4392504.764, 7417375.341) ( 64d 3' 4.52"W, 23d21'29.27"S)
Upper Right ( 4414266.253, 7439406.972) ( 63d50'13.98"W, 23d 9'37.81"S)
Lower Right ( 4414266.253, 7417375.341) ( 63d50'18.45"W, 23d21'33.90"S)
Center ( 4403385.508, 7428391.156) ( 63d56'38.97"W, 23d15'33.68"S)
These points are 4 to 26 km east of Embarcacion, almost matching those
of the EPSG:3857 tif you reported earlier. Even with the old Campo
Inchauspe datum they are just 200m shifted.
Where do you expect the corners to be?
Greetings,
André Joost
