Hi, As I wasn't allowed to commit via SVN I've just created an enhancement ticket (#5763) on trac.osgeo.org with the driver code as attachments.
The driver is based on the PDS driver and could be located in the PDS directory, as Trent suggested. Many regards, Sebastian
