In the download email you should have K and R data set options (two URLs). Only R has measured geometries.

However, I can't see what you mean by the "R" data. I selected various "Map Layers" and downloaded a few random shapefiles and none had "Measured" geometry (according to ogrinfo).

    The "R" data is the one you want.

    The meta data etc is probably in Finnish only so you may need to
    experiment. M values are used to encode point-like attribute data
    into the line strings.
