Hi, What you have wrong is the input coordinate system, not the output as you tested. Compare https://epsg.org/crs/wkt/id/25832 with https://epsg.org/crs/wkt/id/4647 and notice the difference in false easting.
Now run gdalwarp right gdalwarp -s_srs epsg:4647 -t_srs epsg:4326 test_00.tif test_4326.tif Creating output file that is 125P x 73L.
