sounds good, but also move the "option(BUILD_PYTHON_BINDINGS "Build Python bindings" ON)" from swig/CMakeLists.txt to top CMakeLists.txt, just before testing itBut maybe there is a better solution. If that is Ok for you, I can create a PR.
