Hi,
warning for users using the NITF driver to write NITF files using the
FILE_TRE creation option (which attaches TRE to the file header, and not
the image segment). I've just been warned that a regression slipped in
GDAL 3.13.0 regarding this where the generated NITF file is corrupted.
Luckily/unluckily the GDAL NITF reader manages to read such files
correctly, but other non-GDAL based readers could have trouble with
them. The fix is in https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/15051 and will be
available in GDAL 3.13.4
