I do. Some years ago, I tried playing around with MSYS and autotools on Windows and gave up quickly. I know it must work in some way as others use them but I failed to figure out how. So, for Geany and also the plugins I use Waf which works quite well. Of course, you need a Python installation and if you want to generate the translation files as well, you need intltool and so also Perl. But this is optional, on Windows.
