I agree that it's a small change, but maybe we should use "1.0.1"
instead? That would be more in keeping with Gears version numbers,
which don't use leading zeros.

No, we don't have a formal convention. Perhaps we should bump to "1.1"
when we add the access_token field, and reserve changes to the major
version for fundamental changes to the structure of the format.
