Issue 715: Gears for Windows Mobile ManagedStore bug

Summary: Basically the bug is that a pop up appears indicating the
browser cannot connect, although the stored page
loads up just fine. This ONLY happens after the history is cleared. Once
the pop-up appears and one presses "dismiess", when the page is accessed
again, the page loads up fine without the pop up.

Here is how to replicate it:
1. Go to the Gears ManagedStore Sample application on your Windows
Mobile Enabled device (WM 6.1 in my case)
2. Create the ManagedStore by clicking the "Create Managed Store".
3. A Mangged Store is created, hit refresh to serve up the stored
page.
4. Clear your browser history then close the browser, disconnect your wifi
or whatever was providing the internet connection
5. Go the sample ManagedStore url, the page will load, however a pop
up indicating "Cannot Connect" with a message indicating the browser
cannot connect. If you hit dismiss, you will see the stored page is
displayed just fine. You will notice when accessing this page again, it
will load up fine without the pop up. So the issue is the initial page load
after a history (temp files) are cleared

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the page come up with no pop up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Mobile 6.1 using Intermec CN3e and Symbol MC75.
