1. Yes. For all 3 types of docs, there are similar errors there.
For presentations. the error displayed in console is:
Error: Could not create the database. Result of expression 'c.create'
[undefined] is not a function.

For documents, the error is:
TypeError: Result of expression 'kF().create' [undefined] is not a

TypeError: Result of expression 'offline' [undefined] is not an object. Doc

2. After moving '~/Library/Application Support/Google/Google Gears For
Safari' aside, the problem
disappears, in all 3 types of docs as well.
