New issue 802 by brianjlandau: [Mac][Safari] In Leopard Gears never asks
for permission on a new site it just gets rejected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Safari
2. Go to Gears enabled site you've never enabled gears for before (like
GMail
3. Try to enable gears access
4. Get message that the site has been denied permission when you never get
a dialog box
asking for permission.
What is the expected output?
A dialog box asking for grant the site Gears permissions.
What do you see instead?
A message that permission have been denied to the site.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gears 0.5.4.2,
MacOSX Leopard 10.5.6 build 9G55,
Safari version 3.2.1 (5525.27.1)
