New issue 859 by extrospective: Can't install on OpenBSD (I suspect you ignore other BSDs too).
http://code.google.com/p/gears/issues/detail?id=859

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to gears.google.com.
2. See that "Your browser is not currently supported."
3. Click on "Linux" regardless. Try to install it and fail.
3. See that in actual fact you run a stock Firefox 3.0.7.
4. Conclude that there's no reason for Google not supporting it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Google Gears" could not be installed because it is not compatible with
your Firefox build type (OpenBSD_x86-gcc3). Please contact the author of
this item about the problem."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gears-linux-opt.xpi, OpenBSD-current (4.5), Firefox 3.0.7.

Please provide any additional information below.
