Do you guys have third party cookies enabled? On my machine, I noticed that
unticking "Accept third party cookies" will cause Gmail to constantly
reload as
described.
In Firefox, this option is located under Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use
custom
settings for history" > Accept third party cookies.
Unticking this option and reloading the page will cause Gmail to constantly
reload.
Ticking this option and reloading fixes the problem.
