I'm having this issue too. I think this has something to do with the Web-Kit back end of the browser. I'm getting the same thing from nightlies of Web-Kit, and now I'm back on Safari 3.2.1 to maintain stability, for that matter, Reader will not sync, but oddly Docs and RTM will. For now the only solution that I can come up with is to downgrade or use Apple Mail, aargh. This had been an issue for me for at least a month or so, maybe more, since about the time CSS animation started showing up, maybe earlier.
