I've got my application working offline, and can delete the cache and then 'Work Offline' in Firefox with no problems. However, if I reload the page while offline, the 'init' event never fires, either on the body 'onLoad' event, or directly on the page, so none of my code runs.
Am I missing something? Thanks, Karl
