Hi Cyndy,
I don't cool down my leos and I live near you. That has never been necessary
to breed them for me. As far as obese, what do you consider obese? This
varies pretty widely from breeder to breeder. If you can post a gram weight,
length, and suitably small photo here that would help. I worry that you are
giving her a "diet" the wrong time of the year too, if she is to breed she
will need her resources soon.
