I have 1.2 U. phants now. I just got a new girl(we
will call her Fem. 2) a couple days before new years.
I didn't put her in with the others until the 6th. I
walked in last night at 9:30pm exactly, hehe, and
found my male and Fem. 2 mating! They were on top of
the cage top mating while upside down! I noticed Fem.
2 was a little skinnier than usual too. At 11:30 I had
to go to bed and they were still going at it. I also
noticed my original female (the one that had a seizure
and has already laid 8 eggs) digging in the substrate.
She had her nose shoved in the small hole she was
digging. I also so her digging with her feet. So I
wake up the next morning and amazingly the male and
Fem. 2 WEREN'T still mating. LOL. I had 2 eggs in a
small trench/crater looking hole and at the base of
this branch was one single egg. All were white and
seem fertile. We'll see. I have 2 eggs that are due to
hatch at the end of the month or early Feb. Wish me
luck on hatching em and keeping em alive!
